Poully started with our love for good food and bringing people together. What began as a small BBQ catering concept eventually grew into something bigger: our very own street food brand.
Today, we travel around with our bright orange and green food trailer, serving freshly prepared food wherever we go.
It's all about flavour.
Our speciality is pulled chicken: tender, slow-cooked and packed with flavour. We serve it in sandwiches, burgers, loaded fries and other street food favourites.
We also offer delicious vegetarian alternatives made with oyster mushrooms. We believe in generous portions, fresh ingredients and food that makes you want to come back for more.
